How We Use Your Information
Your info is used for: (1) Core platform services; (2) Real-name authentication review; (3) Transaction settlement and withdrawal processing; (4) Dispute mediation and arbitration; (5) Service notifications (e.g., task status changes); (6) Analytics and product improvement; (7) Security and fraud prevention.
Information Storage
Your personal information is stored on servers in mainland China. Sensitive data like ID photos uses AES-256-GCM encryption. We delete personal data within 30 days after account closure, unless otherwise required by law.
Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal info to third parties without consent. Exceptions: (1) WeChat Pay service provider (for payment processing); (2) Legal requirements (judicial/regulatory authorities); (3) Dispute resolution (providing necessary info to arbitration bodies).
Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies to remember login status and language preferences, valid for up to 12 months. You can disable cookies in browser settings, but some features may not work. We do not use tracking cookies for ad targeting.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates: (1) WeChat Pay (payment processing); (2) Alibaba Cloud OSS (file storage); (3) Tencent Cloud (servers and databases). These services have their own privacy policies which we recommend you review.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security: TLS/SSL encryption in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, firewall and intrusion detection, regular backups and disaster recovery. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure; please understand the risks.
